HI - I'M KIRA
I help adults of all genders navigate life's messier parts, including relationships, intimacy, parenting, identity, and everything in between. I create a safe, non-judgmental and affirming space to talk about things that aren't always easy to say out loud. Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or just unsure where to start, I'm here to listen and work with you.
I work with everyone over 18, but do specialise in working with parents and carers, and frontline workers.

WHY PRETTY GOOD COUNSELLING?
I DON'T BELIEVE IN PERFECTION
Not in therapy, not in healing, and not in being a human. That's why I chose the name Pretty Good. Life is messy, growth is rarely linear, and sometimes pretty good is more than enough. It's real, it's achievable, and it leaves room for softness, humour, and self compassion. You just have to show up as you are. And please, swear away.
