Nope. You can self refer and book a session directly. No GP letter required.

At this stage, Medicare does not offer rebates for counselling. I aim to keep my fees transparent and offer a sliding scale to support accessibility. 

We'll start by getting to know each other. You can share whatever feels important, or just talk about what brought you to therapy. I'll ask a few questions to understand your goals and needs, and we'll go at your pace.

Yes, everything you share is confidential, with a few legal exceptions. I'll explain this clearly upfront so there are no suprises.

$165 per 50-minute session.

If you hold a valid concession card, I offer a reduced rate of $110 per session.
