For anxiety, grief and loss, low self-worth, burnout, overwhelm, or simply a sense that something is off. Therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect to yourself, especially if you're used to holding it all together.
A non-judgemental space to discuss intimacy, desire, arousal, performance anxiety, pain, disconnection, identity or changing needs. Whether you're solo, partnered, or somewhere in between, your sexual wellbeing matters.
Many parents and carers put themselves last. I offer space to explore your identity, relationships, and emotional health while caring for others. I also work with parents of queer or questioning children, supporting you to show up with care and confidence.
Living through abuse, whether physical, sexual, spiritual, or psychological, can leave deep lingering impacts. I offer a safe counselling space to begin, or continue, your healing. There's no pressure to tell your whole story and no right timeline. Together we can work gently with whatever is showing up, whether that's shame, fear, anger, numbness, or longing to feel whole again.
Losing a pet is losing a part of your family. Whether it's the death of a long time companion, unexpected loss, or a decision around euthanasia, the grief is real and often complicated by feelings of guilt, confusion, or a lack of support from people who might not understand the depth of your loss.
